LHH is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for a manufacturing company in Kennesaw, GA. This role will support the Sales Administrator in executing contracts, ensuring timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role focuses on project launch, implementation, and ongoing coordination, while also managing customer interactions and resource optimization. Key Responsibilities:
- Record sold projects in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Develop project implementation forecasts, coordinate timelines with customers, and support bookings to meet client needs.
- Source materials to ensure availability, submit purchase requests, and manage ancillary supply expiration dates.
- Coordinate with teams for material setup, daily shipments, device calibration, and product returns.
- Address customer inquiries, report incidents, and provide operational updates on project progress.
- Foster positive customer relationships and collaborate with regional units, sales, logistics, technical support, and finance teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required (it is a plus if in Business, Project Management, or related field)
- Seeking 0-2 years of experience in a business or technical role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Plus in experience in SAP
