What You’ll Do:

Lead the administration of our equity programs, ensuring smooth operations for grants, vests, and stock option exercises.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to manage daily transactions, reporting, and equity-related projects.
Prepare detailed reports for leadership and the Board's Compensation Committee on equity plan performance and utilization.
Stay on top of industry trends and ensure all internal controls and procedures are current and compliant.
Play a key role in supporting equity-related requests, including share conversions, issuances, and warrant exercises.
Ensure accurate accounting, taxation, and compliance across our global equity plans.
Lead employee training sessions and deliver timely communications on stock awards, vesting, and more.
Partner with transfer agents, handle stock programs, and help automate and streamline stock administration processes.
Provide analysis and data for critical SEC filings, including Proxy, Section 13, and Section 16 reports.
