Role Overview:
As FRAME continues its accelerated growth from 2024 through 2027, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Finance to provide leadership in all financial matters, ensuring the company's financial health while driving its long-term strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the VP of Finance will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy to support retail expansion, international growth, and new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in retail finance, capital management, and operational efficiency within a global consumer products environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Develop and execute FRAME’s long-term financial strategy, aligning financial goals with the company’s business plan and growth objectives.
- Provide leadership in financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, ensuring accurate financial projections for both domestic and international operations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive corporate financial strategy, with a focus on global retail expansion, omnichannel growth, and digital transformation.
- Oversee capital structure, investments, and financing strategies to optimize the company’s financial performance and shareholder value.
- Financial Operations Management:
- Lead and oversee all financial performance reporting to executive management and the board.
- Oversee treasury strategy including long term cash flow, currency hedging programs, capital management, and liquidity strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting tools, with an emphasis on ERP, business intelligence, and expense management systems.
- Retail & E-Commerce Financial Oversight:
- Lead financial oversight for all retail operations, including store expansion, e-commerce growth, and international market entry strategies.
- Monitor and manage retail KPIs such as revenue per store, margin optimization, inventory management, and cost control.
- Partner with the Chief Operating Officer and other executives to enhance profitability and efficiency across sales channels.
- Risk Management & Compliance:
- Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior executives and board members, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer in cultivating a high level of financial discipline across all departments, encouraging cross-functional collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CPA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial role within a retail or consumer products company.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of retail finance, including store operations, e-commerce, and international market expansion. Experience in apparel or fashion retail highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems and data analytics tools. Experience with international finance and multi-currency environments is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, working cross-functionally with executive teams, and influencing board-level decisions.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
