Experience Required:

Minimum 15 years of hands-on SAP experience, focusing on S/4HANA implementation.
14-20 years leading SAP Procure-to-Pay (Materials Management) projects, with strong knowledge of submodules.
Proven experience in multiple Procure-to-Pay implementations, including process configuration and integration with FICO and Project Systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; candidates with three years of relevant experience may substitute for each year of education.
At least 15 years in Information Technology.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, without visa sponsorship needs.

Key Responsibilities:

In-depth knowledge of SAP Materials Management and its integration with SAP FI, Project Systems, and third-party systems like SAP Ariba.
Lead the Procure-to-Pay team with offshore support for SAP S/4HANA projects, including at least two S/4 Finance implementations.
Familiarity with Business Partner management, SAP Store Room Management, Logistics Invoice Verification, and EDI integrations.
Logistics or freight industry experience is a plus.

Skills:

Ability to manage customizations and write functional specifications for user exits.
Strong leadership to guide teams and challenge customizations.
Work directly with Procure-to-Pay users, providing SAP process guidance and solution recommendations.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and the PMO, ensuring timely delivery and risk management for Procure-to-Pay tasks.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of security role setup and user provisioning in SAP Procure-to-Pay.
Responsible for functional documentation and knowledge transfer within the team.
Organize workshops and provide end-user training and support.
Experience in the full implementation lifecycle: blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configuration, data migration, cutovers, and go-live.
Familiarity with the latest SAP S/4HANA features is advantageous.
Flexible work hours required, including offshore collaboration availability.
