Overview: We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee and guide projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and skilled in managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- State experience is required
- PMP Certification is required
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
