Building Engineer
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Building Engineer in Sacramento, CA. This role is full-time, direct-hire, salary $85K - $100K.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and perform full preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Perform repairs on various electrical, plumbing and HVAC equipment.
- Respond to building emergencies as needed.
- Respond to tenant service requests.
- Interact with vendors and contractors.
- Respond to HVAC service calls as required.
- Check buildings regularly to maintain proper building temperature for tenant areas.
- Additional assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Building Engineer
- HVAC building code knowledge
- General repair, electrical troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and organized
- Ability to interact with client and client employees, senior management, staff, and vendors as a service professional at all times
