Lakefront Law firm seeks an Associate desiring a work life/family life balance. The firm has manageable billing requirements and has an opening for a candidate with insurance defense litigation experience. The candidate must have 2+ years’ experience in insurance coverage and bad faith, as well as healthcare litigation. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have strong writing and research skills, and be proficient in drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Responsibilities also include attendance and participation in depositions of fact and expert witnesses as well as preparation and participation in mediations, trials and hearings in State and Federal Court. Free parking and 100% paid health insurance are available. Pay range is $105,000.00-$115,000.00+.
