Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in employment litigation and administrative proceedings.
- Provide advice and counsel to employers on workplace law matters, including employee relations, compliance, and risk management.
- Draft and review employment-related agreements, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in labor & employment law, preferably on the defense side.
