Robert Half Legal is working with an extremely stable, well-established law firm with a national presence. The firm is looking for an attorney to come in join its tenured team. This attorney will be focused on healthcare litigation. The role will involve handling a litigation caseload with most cases going to arbitration.
Responsibilities of Role:
- The firm will train on managing complex healthcare claims from A-Z as long as the attorney coming in has a good background in civil litigation.
- Law & Motion.
- Taking depositions.
- Binding arbitration (AAA or JAMs), first as second-chair but eventually as first chair.
- Lots of database claims- using database property software.
- Negotiating with clients and hospitals.
- Legal research.
- Hours: roughly 9-6, no billable hour requirement.

Compensation:
- Salary from $100,000 to $130,000
- Bonus based on firm and individual performance.

Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Nevada
- 1+ years of civil litigation experience.
