Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our FP&A team. This position will report to the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and work closely with the Finance teams and business leaders across Oldcastle, assist in the analytics process, and help inform and influence critical strategic financial decisions. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on self-starter with strong Excel, financial modeling, analytics, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Help prepare the company financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Create, manage, and automate actual vs forecast, budget, and prior year reports to be reviewed monthly/quarterly with P&L owners.
- Prepare, analyze, and report key financial and operating metrics to identify trends, track progress, and make recommendations.
- Help overseeing linkages between financial systems of record to budgeting software and broader business intelligence resources.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management.
- Monitor the company orders, sales, profit, and cash against the targets.
- Take on accounting tasks when required including monthly balance sheet reconciliation analysis.
- Assist Operating Company Controllers in preparation of monthly reporting package.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- MBA / CPA is a plus or working towards either.
- 4+ years FP&A / Finance / Accounting experience, manufacturing experience a plus.
- Advanced Excel and data skills, exposure to business analytics.
- Highly personable, effective communicator who can craft positive, trust-based relationships across the company.
- Experience with Infor M3, Infor d/EPM, ServiceNow, Tableau, and/or Hyperion a plus.
