Executive Administrative Assistant
A Bel Air Company is seeking an experienced, well-organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide support for two of our Executives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
- Managing calendars; making travel, meeting, and event arrangements
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Up-to-date with advancements in office equipment and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion and extreme confidentiality
- All other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Prior experience as Executive Assistant to top level management.
- Prior experience making and scheduling travel plans
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision making
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
