We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee our ground-up commercial construction projects in Las Vegas, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency from concept to completion.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all project planning phases, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, focusing on ground-up construction and tilt-up projects.
- Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to manage all project activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, Nevada building codes, and sustainable building practices.
- Regularly monitor project progress, proactively adjust schedules and budgets, and provide problem-solving solutions.
- Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any project-related concerns.
What You'll Bring:
- Extensive experience managing ground-up or tilt-up commercial construction projects.
- Proven leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Knowledge of Nevada building codes and safety regulations.
- Experience in sustainable building practices is a plus.
