Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing ground-up commercial projects and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing every phase of project execution to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of commercial ground-up construction projects (Office, Healthcare, Industrial, Religious, and Retail)
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
- Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and other project documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards (OSHA 30 required)
- Oversee project milestones and manage risks to minimize delays and issues
- Provide regular project updates and maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and upper management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager overseeing ground-up commercial projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 Certification is required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Experience with construction software and project management tools
