Top ENR General Contractor seeking Construction Superintendents for projects nationwide with experience building Retail, Commercial, or Light Industrial projects. Ground up experience preferred.
ROLE:
- Oversee daily site operations and subcontractors
- Ensure on-time, on-budget completion of projects
- Manage safety, quality, and logistics on-site
- Provide daily reports and updates
- Address and resolve on-site issues
EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Strong track record of completing Light Industrial, Commercial, or Retail projects
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in reading blueprints and managing crews
Base Pay: $100,000-$180,000
