Our client, a Global Investment Management Firm in Philadelphia, is looking for an RFP Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position that will be a hybrid of working from home as well as in-person in the Philadelphia office.

**This is a HYBRID role (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) **
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with internal partners, including Investment teams, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance, to deliver timely and accurate information to potential clients globally. You will be an integral part of our Business Development Services team.
Responsibilities:
- RFP & Proposal Management: Partner closely with senior stakeholders to manage RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring high-quality, accurate responses and timely submissions.
- Data & Content Oversight: Maintain consistency and quality in our RFP database (QVIDIAN), regularly updating with new firm developments, product changes, and industry insights.
- Process Leadership: Facilitate RFP kickoffs, set project timelines, coordinate approvals with Sales, Compliance, and other teams, and oversee follow-up for next-phase projects.
- Team Collaboration: Lead workload meetings, handle incoming ad-hoc requests, and engage in peer reviews to support cross-functional alignment.
- Process Improvement & Mentorship: Contribute to team discussions on process efficiencies, mentor junior team members, and work to enhance the RFP team’s profile within the firm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Business/Finance or related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in investment management with RFPs
- Essential asset management market/product knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and adept with Salesforce, SharePoint, QVIDIAN, Power BI, and other relevant platforms.
