An electric utility client is looking for a Business Analyst who will be utilizing SAP and SharePoint to gather work order documentation from document libraries and save it to specified locations.
Location: Pomona, CA 91768 (Hybrid)
Position: Business Analyst
Pay Rate: $35.40/hr. on W2
Duration: 17 months or longer
Schedule: M-F 7-3:30 (open to flexing ± 1hr)
**Hybrid, Wednesdays and Thursdays are In-Office days. 1 Innovation Way, Pomona, 91770**
PROJECT SCOPE:
Gather work order documentation from SAP and other internal applications, and analyze and update databases.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilizing SAP and SharePoint to gather work order documentation from document libraries and save it to specified locations.
- Validate work order documentation for accuracy.
- Monitor shared inboxes, respond to or forward emails to the appropriate SME
- Perform PowerBI Dashboard Refreshes and validate errors
- Assist with document management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but an Associate is required.
- Years of experience: 3-5 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe
- SAP knowledge
- Typing Speed 45wpm
- Review, validate, and enter data
- Manipulate documents between applications.
- Basic Windows and Microsoft application skills
- Ability to navigate Microsoft SharePoint
- Attention to detail and experience analyzing and/or validating information
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify issues and come up with data-driven solutions
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to navigate SAP
- PowerBI and Power Apps experience
- Ability to create visual representations of data in PowerBI
