Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Operations Manager at Rule of Thirds in Brooklyn, NY. The role includes but is not limited to: overseeing daily facilities operations, managing preventive maintenance programs, managing all facilities vendors, overseeing all event set up and break down and optimizing facility management processes to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Operations Management expertise
- Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) experience
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
