Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary
Position Overview:
The Recruitment Coordinator will support the recruitment function within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with recruiters, providing administrative support and coordinating various aspects of the recruitment process. The role will involve managing high volumes of applications, scheduling interviews, and assisting with recruitment events to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist recruiters in managing large volumes of applications.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers across various time zones.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
- Support the organization of campus recruitment events and outreach initiatives.
- Provide timely communication with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for internal team use.
- Provide general administrative support to the campus recruitment team as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR-related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks across multiple time zones.
