This multi-level venue offers live music, ticketed concerts, an intimate whiskey bar, a lively sports bar, and rooftop bar boasting stunning views of the Cumberland River.
We are in search of a dedicated Front-of-House Manager with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset to oversee daily operations, elevate guest experiences, and help us continue making history in the heart of downtown Nashville.
As the Front of house manager, you will manage front-of-house staff and operations across the restaurant, bar, private events, and concerts. Play an active role in hiring, scheduling, and training the FOH team. Ensure quality service, address guest complaints, and build rapport with our guests. This manager will play a key role in continuing our mission to providing an unforgettable guest experience.
Other responsibilities include:
- Ensuring proper cash handling, inventory levels, and budget tracking.
- Monitor and track operational costs, budgets, and resources.
- Generate and analyze staffing and revenue reports. As well as being able to interpret and present data.
- Seek and participate in developing short- term, and long-terms plans for revenue- growth and cost control measures.
- Work with internal business partners such as Marketing, IT, Human Resources, and Accounting to oversee and support all staffing and venue programming.
- Communicate and uphold all corporate standards, guidelines, and policies and procedures in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations.
- Follow and support brand SOPs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A degree in hotel/restaurant management or practical hands on experience
- 3+ years in progressive hospitality management experience. Bonus points if it is in a high-volume restaurant, night club space, or high-volume bar on Broadway
- Experience with Micros point of sale, Compeat, Hot schedules
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and build relationships
- State Alcohol education card (required upon hire), Certified Food Safety Manager certification (required within 90 days of hire), CPR certification (within 90 days of hire), crowd management training upon hire
