Founded in 1982, we’ve worked with more than 1,000 companies across the finance sector, including commercial banks, investment banks, fintechs, wealth management firms, hedge funds, insurance companies, direct lenders, and brokerage firms. We currently have an opportunity within our dynamic Credit Services & Risk Management group.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Source, engage and submit exceptional talent across all levels utilizing our extensive database, job boards, LinkedIn, and more
Facilitate the interview process and address any client/candidate concerns, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the entire process, offering support both before and after interviews
Conduct comprehensive reference checks
Lead negotiations on salary and terms, securing successful placements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required
2-5 years of post-college experience (preferably with some exposure to the banking/finance industry and recruitment)
Sales experience is a plus
Must be internally motivated and driven to succeed
Strong sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills
Proficient in analytical thinking and effective problem-solving
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
