Delta Dental of New Jersey is currently seeking a call center professional to lead a group of 10-12 call center agents in providing exceptional service to our callers. This hybrid position is in office Tuesday and Wednesday and remote Monday, Thursday and Friday.
Qualifications include experience as a senior representative or team lead in a health insurance call center, famliarity with all call center metrics, the ability to motivate and lead others and value providing outstanding customer service.
