Summary/Objective:
Stinger is currently seeking a Marketing Manager! This position is responsible for creating creative content that drives brand awareness for Stinger’s Commercial Fleet division. The Commercial team provides tailored vehicle solutions to customers across a variety of fleet channels including lighting, infotainment, safety solutions, and telematics. The brand marketer for this role will work closely with sales and product development to create content that highlights Stinger’s many products and services. This position is responsible for shaping and maintaining the brand’s image and identity. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create carefully crafted content (video, articles, social, web content including blog posts, PR).
- Consumer driven product marketing, able to turn technical features into consumer benefits that drive demand.
- Ability to customize, define and execute strategic plans against independent retailers and commercial partners.
- Determine the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors and identify potential customers.
- Market research expert with the ability to understand consumer behavior and market trends.
- Create marketing materials, advertising, client communications, direct mail, marketing campaigns, press releases, content for trade publications, etc.
- Oversee the writing of press releases, copy for marketing materials, annual reports, advertisements, and other related material.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming meetings and develop successful design solutions, meeting all strategic and creative requirements.
- Maintain internal naming conventions and digital file organization.
- Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, brochures, flyers, tradeshow displays, or logos.
- Directly manage Stinger Commercial website and social media content.
- Responsible for planning, selecting, creating, and delivering content for key trade shows for and on behalf of the Commercial team.
Requirements:
- Excellent writing skills.
- Work with a cross-functional team of sales and product to execute on a multi-channel go-to-market plan.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and proven experience transforming insights to action.
- Working knowledge of Adobe creative suite.
- Able to manage multiple projects, and respond rapidly to changing priorities, with tight deadlines.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience

No direct reports
Environmental/Physical Requirements:
- May sit or stand for long periods of time
- Crouching, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, and lifting on a daily basis
- Operating computer, telephone, voicemail and other office equipment regularly
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis
FLSA Status: Exempt
Hours – Full Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (30 minute lunch), Monday – Friday
