We are working with a remarkable Am law 100 firm based in New York who are seeking to recruit a talented mid level associate to their litigation department.

Job Requirements:
- Candidate should have at least four years of broad based, general litigation experience in a top-tier law firm or similar experience as a Federal Court judicial clerk.
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing all aspects of discovery in large, high-stakes cases, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions
- Candidates should have strong writing, research, and case management skills and experience coordinating matters in New York State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial.
- Candidates should be a detail-oriented, independent self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment is essential.
- New York or California bar is required.
