Job Summary
- The Digital Ads/Webinar Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns and webinar programs to drive lead generation and brand awareness for the company's financial products and services.
Responsibilities
Digital Advertising
- Develop and implement digital advertising strategies across platforms like Google Ads, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), programmatic display, and others
- Create compelling ad copy, designs, and landing pages to drive click-throughs and conversions
- Continuously optimize ad campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, audience targeting, and bid management
- Track and report on digital ad metrics like impressions, clicks, costs, conversions, and return on ad spend
Webinars:
- Plan and execute a strategic webinar program to educate prospects and generate qualified leads
- Identify relevant topics, source internal and external speakers, and develop webinar content
- Oversee webinar promotion through email, ads, social media, and other channels
- Manage webinar hosting platform, registration process, live delivery, and post-event follow up
- Analyze webinar metrics like registrations, attendance, engagement, lead capture, and sales pipeline impact
General:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams on campaign planning and lead management
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage digital advertising and webinar budgets efficiently
- Provide regular reporting and insights to demonstrate marketing ROI
Requirements
- Must be able to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, webinar/event marketing
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset - Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
- Creativity for developing engaging ad copy and content
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, social media ads, marketing automation, webinar platforms
- Basic knowledge of financial products/services is a plus
