Job Title: North America HRBP
Location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a North America HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the North America team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of HR, focusing on localization efforts and ensuring a best-in-class employee lifecycle experience.
- Align HR strategy with overall business plans, working closely with the North America Management Team, Sales Director, and HQ to roll out people initiatives—particularly in Talent & Culture building and HR Compliance.
- Implement and continuously improve HR programs, policies, and processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR operational matters, such as performance, conduct, and capability. Provide support to ensure issues are handled in line with company policy, best practices, and current legislation.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to departure.
- Oversee HR budget planning and long-term project planning to ensure efficient HR delivery.
- Ensure legal compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Handle visa and work permit applications for employees and selected candidates as needed.
- Manage payroll in collaboration with HQ’s Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team and local payroll vendors.
- Organize company events, conferences, and induction programs for new employees.
- Contribute to HR and administrative projects, and undertake any other tasks assigned by the company.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR management experience with an HR-related educational background, or 5+ years of HR experience with a bachelor's degree in a different field.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (bilingual proficiency required).
- A problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Passionate about building and scaling an organization, with the desire to contribute to growth from 1 to 10.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
- In-depth understanding of USA labor laws is required, while knowledge of Canada’s labor laws is a plus.
- Adaptability to international cultural nuances.
