Positions Open: Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager
This is a warehousing and distro operation where BMs and ABMs ensure the location operates efficiently and optimal customer satisfaction to maintain profitability. Will be responsible for personnel management, standards and expectations, training, and other applicable matters. Maintains a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service.
Level of role will dictate level of responsibility and reporting.
Locations currently available: Saint Louis, MO
Pay:
Branch Manager: $72K-$90K with up to 45% profitability bonus. W2 $90K - $100K+
Assistant BM: $55K - $65K with 20% to 40% additional bonus depending on milestone achievement (bonus eligibility can vary by time in service by location). W2 $70K - $90k+
Requirement: 3 to 5+ years of prior experience managing warehousing, distribution, supply chain or similar is key to this role ( 3 for ABM, 5+ for BM). Perishable goods management will be very helpful but is not required.
