- Delivery room
- Triage
- GYN ED
- Full-spectrum OBGYN Hospitalist work
- Will cross credential at all sites- Irving, Plano, Alliance, Lewisville, Arlington
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS - Must have active TX
- Medical license and DEA prior to presentation
- Must have clean background and malpractice
- Clinicians must have the below reflected on their case logs in the last 2 years in order to be granted privs:
- 25 GYN cases with 5 major abdominal surgeries
- 50+ deliveries
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS - ATLS
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible
- DEA
- PALS
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS ABOUT THE FACILITY Annual births: 2200
EMR: MediTech/MediMobile
PICU or NICU; Level III
Average daily census:1-10
C-section rate: 44%
