A wealth management in Florida is currently seeking a new Bookkeeper for a Junior-level position with their growing team in Palm Beach.
Responsibilities:The JuniorBookkeeper will be responsible for:
- Recording monthly activity for various individuals and entities
- Reconciling all bank accounts monthly
- Recording investment activity from broker statements
- Preparing monthly closing journal entries in order to produce quarterly balance sheet and income statements
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:- 1+ year of experience as a Bookkeeper
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience with a basic Accounting functions
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Solid analytical and mathematical skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
