Home Health is a dedicated unit offering medical care directly to patients in their own homes, primarily focusing on post-hospitalization recovery, rehabilitation, and disease management. Qualifications:
- Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- License:
- Oklahoma RN licensure
- Valid driver's license
- Certifications: CPR certification.
- Experience: At least one year of Home Health/Hospice as a RN.
