Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Guitar Teacher at Scherzo Music School in San Mateo, CA. The Guitar Teacher will be responsible for providing guitar instruction, teaching music theory, and incorporating music education principles into lessons. The role involves creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment for students.
Qualifications
- Guitar Instruction and Music Theory skills
- Experience in Music Education and a 2nd instrument a Plus
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students in music
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor lessons to meet individual student needs
- Previous teaching experience or music certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Music or related field
