The Role:
We're seeking an Operations Manager with a technical background (engineering preferred!) to streamline our operations and drive efficiency. You'll be a key problem-solver, optimizing everything from service delivery and logistics to new technology implementation. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead a team of technicians, manage projects, and collaborate with clients. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of our team and resources, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Continuously improve systems, processes, and best practices across all areas of the business.
- Scheduling & Resource Management: Manage the daily scheduling of technicians and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the setup, maintenance, and servicing of lactation rooms.
- Technology & Innovation: Implement and manage new software systems, including potential AI initiatives.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all operational activities meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Financial Management: Analyze financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage budgets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Lactation Room Technicians.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, providing exceptional service.
- Inventory & Warehouse Management: Manage inventory, fulfillment processes, and warehouse operations.
- Emergency Response: Be available to address urgent client needs, both virtually and in-person.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management and/or engineering.
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and improve processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with technology and new systems implementation.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds, walk 10,000+ steps, and travel to client sites (valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required).
- Proof of vaccination due to working with a vulnerable population, and successful completion of a drug test.
