Position Overview
As the Regional Service Team Lead, you will oversee and support Medworks operations within the Bozeman, Montana, area, ensuring exceptional client service, equipment management, and staff training. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Service Representative with additional leadership duties. You’ll provide essential on-site technical assistance for surgical equipment while leading service team initiatives, training, and collaborating with management to optimize regional performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Service & Technical Support:
- Deliver technical assistance in medical laser and equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee equipment usage and safety during medical procedures, supporting healthcare staff and ensuring optimal device performance.
- Educate and guide healthcare professionals on proper equipment handling and safety procedures.
- Manage equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Leadership & Regional Operations:
- Provide daily operational, administrative, and logistical support within your assigned region.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate field service staff, ensuring alignment with Medworks' standards of service excellence.
- Collaborate with the VP of Operations to enhance revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency across accounts.
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers and business partners, ensuring seamless service integration.
- Enforce compliance with Medworks policies, hospital requirements, and industry regulations, including credentialing standards.
Requirements:
- Residence within 40 miles of Bozeman, Montana.
- Technical skills and a commitment to quality in medical device management.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to lead and mentor team members.
- Prior experience in medical equipment or technical support is preferred.
