About Us:
We are an ecommerce company specializing in premium skincare and hair tools, generating $15 million in annual sales. Our brand is built on delivering innovative, high-quality products to our customers, and we’re expanding our Amazon operations to scale further. We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central Expert with a strong background in both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Merchant Channel Fulfillment (MCF) to join our team and take our Amazon business to the next level. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in the office, and offers huge opportunities for growth as we scale our business.
Open to remote for the first 3 months, but you need to relocate to our Miami or Los Angeles office in 3 months. Preferably you are in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the company’s Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize FBA and Merchant Channel Fulfillment (MCF) performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (ACoS, conversion rates, rankings, etc.) to improve sales and profitability.
- Oversee the order management process from purchase to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment while minimizing returns and cancellations.
- Handle end-to-end logistics for Amazon orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and compliance with Amazon policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns, and customer engagement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any account issues, including suspensions, policy violations, or listing errors.
- Stay up-to-date on Amazon’s policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continued success.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of tools like Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or other Amazon product research and listing optimization tools.
- Proven experience running a profitable Amazon dropshipping store, with a portfolio demonstrating sales performance.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and dropshipping best practices.
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central with both FBA and MFC.
- Deep understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithms, policies, and the nuances of managing high-volume sales.
- Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
