Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Constituent Services Representative in San Antonio, Texas. As a Constituent Services Representative, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving inquiries and concerns from constituents, providing information about city services, assisting with events or community outreach initiatives and other duties as assigned. Includes some evening and weekend work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university
- Two years experience in customer service or communications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Knowledge of local government operations and community resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
