Job Summary: We're seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager with experience in the Construction Industry to spearhead transformative business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will also have Commercial Roofing experience and be a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment, bringing a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. MBA or relevant master's degree highly valued.
- Construction Industry experience required; Commercial Roofing Industry desired.
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience, with demonstrated success in business transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional track record of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously to successful completion.
- Advanced expertise in modern project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and contemporary tools.
