Innovative Legal Services ("ILS") is a full-service law firm that specializes in commercial law and employment law. Our attorneys are litigators and counselors with decades of experience in a wide array of industries. We are currently hiring 2 senior litigation associates with minimum 4 years of California litigation practice and active admission to the California Bar. Pay is competitive, at $140,000--$200,000+ depending on experience.
We have a significant number of international clients. We expect our team members to be able to work with clients and colleagues who have different cultures and backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Litigate and negotiate on behalf of clients in legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice
- Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the CA Bar
- Minimum 4 years of California litigation practice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Mandarin language proficiency preferred but not required
- First or second chair trial experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with federal litigation preferred but not required
- Recent writing sample required
Compensation and Benefits:
- 1550 billable hours
