LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with an organization in Overland Park who is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst with at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments along with external vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Management of all Leave of Absence requests, partnering with third-party administrator, ensuring compliance with all policies
- Support employees while out on leave of absences, communicating timelines and directions to ensure successful return to work
- Communicate updates and changes of benefits programs to employees and facilitate benefits orientation for new hires
- Respond to benefits questions and concerns as necessary
- Communicate new plans and policies to employees and HR
- Facilitate annual open enrollment activities and assist with designing and compiling the annual benefits guide
- Own Wellness programs and activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience handling benefits administration and annual open enrollment
- Workday Human Capital Management experience
- Must effectively communicate and possess strong organizational skills
