Compensation: Compensation is based on experience and is also determined to be alignment with the National Association of Community Health Centers. $180k-$190k is the given range depending on experience. -Sign-on bonus -Additional compensation provided via quality incentives -Student loan repayment through the NHSC and PSLF

Additional Info: As our Dental Director, you will not only be providing impact to a diverse patient panel of Long Island, New York but also do our staff dentists and dental support staff. JOB DESCRIPTION: -Be part of making a difference as you will be providing continuity of care to an underserved patient population as well as spreading your expertise to our dental support staff -Responsible for providing leadership and support -Establishes work schedules and assigns dental staff members to maximize efficient use of staff -Develops quality assurance plans and participates in health care committees as necessary QUALIFICATIONS: -Role will be primarily clinical, with 15% of job duties being administrative. Candidates must be comfortable providing care to a patient panel within the full lifespan, child to adult -Must have experience in a leadership role, providing training, oversight, and administration of a dental staff -BE/BC -NY State licensed
