Operations Manager - National Telemedicine Service
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our National Telemedicine Service, ensuring that the delivery of telehealth services is efficient, effective, and meets the highest standards of quality and patient care. This role requires a unique blend of healthcare knowledge, technological proficiency, and managerial skills to ensure that telemedicine services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with high patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the telemedicine service, ensuring smooth service delivery that meets quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve operational processes and systems to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Team Management: Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Technology Management: Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure the telemedicine platform and technologies are reliable, up-to-date, and meet the service's needs.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure operations comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, and implement quality assurance measures to maintain high service standards.
- Patient Experience: Develop strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement, incorporating feedback to improve service delivery.
