Pay | $18 - $21.75 per hour
Requirements
- 2 years of a combination of training, education, and maintenance experience
- A valid driver's license
- The ability to read and interpret documents
- Flexible to work overtime when required
Maintenance Helper Duties
- Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on commercial properties.
- Safely achieve daily assigned tasks.
- Clean properties (ex. trash/graffiti removal, pressure washing, recycling, sanitizing bathrooms, mopping, etc.).
- Maintain repairs inside and outside of the building.
- Paint, change light fixtures, and assist the lead technician with repairs.
- Complete all paperwork/daily logs accurately and promptly.
- Light plumbing repairs.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds.
