Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Cleveland, OH. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications with professional etiquette, facilitating effective communication, and utilizing clerical skills to assist with executive administrative tasks.

Primary Tasks
- Assist in the management of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Prepare and manage financial documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate internal and external communication on behalf of the advisors, ensuring timely responses and clear messaging.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of more efficient workflows.
- Maintain and update client records in our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Help ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements, including document retention and filing.
