Overview
Our client is an early-stage startup building THE software that will unlock the true potential of computing and revolutionize how network infrastructure supports AI workloads, bringing artificial intelligence to the world.
They are interested in an experienced Quality leader to work closely with the CEO supplying the highest quality products for tier-1 customers. This role is for an executive who will be excited by the idea of "rolling up your sleeves," collaborating with innovative problem-solvers, and taking on the most significant challenge in computer engineering to define the future of AI.
Customer Quality
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive returns root cause analysis process, ensuring that all returns are thoroughly investigated and analyzed to identify the underlying causes of defects and quality issues
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that corrective actions are aligned with business objectives and customer needs
Supplier Quality
- Oversee the management of yield improvement initiatives with suppliers, focusing on reducing defects, improving quality, and increasing efficiency
- Drive comprehensive supplier quality audit programs to ensure that all suppliers meet quality standards and requirements
New product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and testing, to develop and execute new product reliability test plans
Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Quality and/or Quality Assurance
- Engineering degree is required
- Extensive experience resolving high-level customer quality escalations
- Industry expertise related to data center technology (PCIe/CXL/Hyperscalers)
- Direct QA ownership of manufacturing, PCB(A), reliability, and customer management
