Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals and annual business objectives in the U.S. market.
- Translate global HR initiatives into effective, region-specific actions to support local business growth.
2. Localization & Recruitment
- Design and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the U.S. market to attract and hire top local talent.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts with an emphasis on aligning recruitment processes with U.S. standards and expectations.
3. Cultural Adaptability
- Integrate U.S. cultural insights into HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with local customs and employment laws.
- Adapt global HR policies to meet the unique needs of the U.S. workforce while maintaining consistency with corporate guidelines.
4. Talent Management
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and talent development to support business objectives.
- Implement initiatives that foster employee growth, engagement, and satisfaction within the U.S. team.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure that all HR activities adhere to U.S. labor laws and corporate policies, minimizing risk and maintaining compliance.
- Regularly review and update HR policies in line with evolving local and federal regulations.
6. Organizational Development
- Drive organizational development activities, including leadership training, team-building exercises, and professional development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes team collaboration and high performance.
7. Employee Benefits & Compensation
- Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Regularly review market trends and benchmark compensation practices to ensure competitive advantage.
8. Communication & Coordination
- Collaborate closely with HR teams at headquarters and other regions to ensure consistency and alignment of global HR strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between U.S.-based teams and global leadership, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
9. Data Analysis & Decision Support
- Utilize HR data and analytics to support strategic decision-making, optimize HR processes, and drive improvements in HR efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular HR metrics reporting to monitor the effectiveness of HR strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- proficient in Chinese and English
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic planning, localization, and talent management in the U.S. market.
- Proven experience in leading HR functions in a multinational environment, with a strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and cultural dynamics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and regions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
