Job description & Responsibilities:
- Finance & Accounting skills with knowledge in US regulatory filing / compliance areas with business focus.
- Monthly sales tax, franchise tax filing requirements.
- Quarterly sales tax, franchise tax filing requirements.
- Yearly Use tax / other filing requirements.
- Paychex related tax compliance/quarterly filings.
- Coordinating with Paychex for any payroll related filing/compliance.
- Handing IRS related correspondences.
- Coordinating with Insurance brokers for Insurance renewals on time.
- Vendor invoice tracking and assisting offshore team for Payment accounting, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Co-ordinating with Offshore finance team on AP related documents for proper Accounting.
- Depositing Customer checks with Bankers and other bank liaising activities.
- Coordination with offshore team for accounting, bookkeeping and month-end book closure activities at offshore.
- Assisting for timely Invoicing / collection follow-up activities.
- Familiarity with ERP working is preferable.
- Good level of proficiency in Excel & other MS Office applications.
- Work closely with business for process improvements / any Management Reporting.
