Summary:
This position provides support to Commercial Lines Account Managers and Producers in maintaining and servicing assigned accounts.
Essential duties and functions include the following:
- Enter data and process daily download
- Validate renewal policies, endorsements, and cancellations
- Process telephone, fax or written requests for assigned accounts
- Prepare and process evidence of insurance and issue binders as necessary
- Assist Account Managers with select clients from book of business
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organization and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to initiate and foster client rapport.
- Experience with personal computers and related software (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Required Skills
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain PA L&H License within first 6 months
- Highly attentive to details
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business, risk-management, or financial related discipline
- 1 year of insurance experience
Pay range based on experience: $21.63 to $24.04 per hour. The pay range provided is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
