Kelly is seeking a field service technician lead and a site manager that would service a solar site in Andrews, TX
Position is a long term contract role (minimum 3 year position) with the chance to be hired on. Pay starts at $40 for leads and position comes with full benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, 8 Paid Holidays, 3 weeks of PTO, 401K, and weekly pay! Position would require very minimal paid travel and would have some overtime each week (paid out at 1.5x base pay).
You will be providing service, maintenance, warranty remediation and commissioning for installed photovoltaic inverters, energy storage, plant controls, DC, panels, substation work (most of it is contracted out to an internal team), disconnects, LBD’s, etc. This is a very hands on position with a lot of troubleshooting and decision-making involved. You would serve as the team lead and would take on addition responsibilities outside of the normal techs.
