Setting : Free Standing Clinic Dates of coverage needed: ASAP - 1/10/2025 with possible ongoing extension Schedule : Monday Friday; 8a - 5p Scope of Practice: Pre-employment physicals, urgent care, work-related injuries Experience : 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience License and certification: Board Certified, NE State License, DEA, BLS; DOT Certification preferable
