Project Manager – Medical Devices & Solar Power

As a pivotal link between our customers and engineering/production teams, you’ll steer projects from start to finish, ensuring that goals are not just met, but exceeded.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Face of the Project – Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering clear, consistent, and transparent updates.
- Translate Visions into Plans – Work closely with engineering and production teams to interpret customer needs and craft precise, actionable project plans.
- Manage Timelines Like a Pro – Develop, track, and adjust project schedules to keep everything running smoothly and on time.
- Resolve Issues Proactively – Identify potential project risks and address them swiftly, involving key stakeholders when needed to guarantee success.
- Coordinate & Communicate – Ensure all project members are aligned with timelines, requirements, and adjustments through regular updates.
- Resource Planning – Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet resource needs and deliver outstanding results.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction – Build strong relationships through responsive service, transparent communication, and efficient issue resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (a focus on medical devices or solar power is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in a project management role, ideally with a customer-facing focus.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and project success.
