Our client is in search of an experienced recruiter for a 6+ month contract to hire position with the possibility of converting to full time. This position is a hybrid role and is based out of Jessup, MD or Red Lion, PA. Preferably our client would like this person to have manufacturing recruiting experience.
Job Description:
- Handle resumes from various sources, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other channels
- Promote job openings through various media channels and campus outreach to attract the right talent.
- Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone/video screening of the candidates to identify the right fit. Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Collaborate with HR business partners to finalize and roll out job offers
- Manage candidate information and contact details using our ATS
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes
- Nurture long-term relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree
- Proven work experience of a minimum of 5 years in recruitment or a similar roleHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Pay Range: $35-$40/HR
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
