Position: Construction Consultant
Location: Texas (remote)
Terms: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site investigations into construction projects to identify defects, deficiencies, or areas of concern.
- Prepare reports that clearly portray causes of failure, extent of loss, and recommended solutions.
- Provide in detailed reporting & cost estimating services for a wide range of construction projects/claims
- Provide expert opinions and analysis to support or refute claims.
Qualifications
- Licenced GC in Texas (multiple states preferred)
- Experience conducting property loss and/or similar inspections
- Any relevant IIBEC certifications (preferred)
- Experience conducting roofing, waterproofing assessments & forensic investigations (preferred)
- Considerable knowledge of building code requirements and standards
